Chris Gonzalez joins the Kutsko Consulting Team!

The co-founders of Kutsko Consulting, Lauren Marie and Loren Kutsko, are ecstatic to announce the addition of Christopher Gonzalez to the team.

Since 2016 Kutsko Consulting has been offering customized leadership and employee development solutions that blend 1-on-1 coaching and cohort-based group experiences to enable team collaboration and make working together fun again.

Loren Kutsko, co-founder and managing partner of Kutsko Consulting, explained, “Chris is the perfect choice to help our organizational clients as they seek to develop their leaders and employees. He has the unique kind of communication style that fits our team culture and is exactly what our clients have come to expect when working with us." When accepting this new role, Chris said, “I'm honored and excited to be able to continue doing what I've been passionate about in a new context with Kutsko Consulting.”

Kutsko Consulting has been highly sought after for an integrated, empathetic and compassionate approach to leading, managing and holding people accountable at work. A rapidly growing customer list has made it clear that there is more work to be done than their current capacity will allow. Lauren Marie commented, "I have long known, respected, appreciated, and benefited from the andragogy in Chris's approach. He facilitates self-directed learning for adults in ways that recognize the nuances in a variety of learning styles. We are extremely excited for our customers to also benefit from his unique communication gifts."

Prior to taking the role with Kutsko Consulting, Chris was the President of the Missional Training Center and co-founded the Surge Training School for developing leaders as well as Missio Dei Communities in Tempe, AZ. In addition to his world-class corporate communication, training, facilitation, and professional speaking skills, Chris brings to the team his ongoing contribution to a wide variety of industries and relationships. He serves on the board of directors for the Langham Partnership and Tempe Community Action Agency.

Chris grew up in New Jersey and Memphis. In 1997, he moved to Arizona to study at Arizona State University, where he earned a master’s degree in human communication. He also received a master’s in divinity from Phoenix Seminary in 2001.
